Unfortunately, we do not deliver Kayaks, Surfboards or Bicycles, they can be purchased online but must be collected in-store.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Shipping is currently FREE on all orders to addresses in the Republic of Ireland. International shipping rates differ and can be viewed during the checkout process. Depending on stock availability, all orders will be shipped within 1 to 7 working days (unless otherwise advised). Delivery will be made between 8.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

DELIVERY PROCESS

Signatures & No-one at Home If the recipient is in, our carriers will always ask for a signature. If there is no-one at home, the carrier will attempt to leave the delivery with a neighbour. The carrier will leave a card with details of where the delivery is or how a new delivery may be arranged.

TRACKING ORDERS

We will email you when we despatch your order, giving you a note of your orders tracking number. You will then be able to check the status of your order at the following link: http://track.anpost.ie/track/trackone.html

ADDITIONAL

Please note that at certain times of the year (Christmas, Valentines Day etc) when demand is high you should allow extra days for shipping.
