Retail Sales Assistant - Full Time

Two retail sales assistant roles have opened up in our Cork store.

We are looking for two expert retail sales assistants with a strong passion and understanding for all outdoor adventure activities. We have extremely loyal customer base so the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing this through excellent one to one customer service.

You will possess sales flair and a friendly professional approach. Flexibility and motivation is a must, as is a desire to work in a fast-paced exciting retail environment.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver a high standard of store presentation and customer experience
• Proactively interacting with customers
• Operating the store till
• Dealing with customers and inter-store quires over the phone

Experience:

• Experience in a fast paced retail environment
• Must be computer savvy
• Detail-oriented and the ability to follow up on tasks
• Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
• Able to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision
• Work effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
• Capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing time efficiently
• Knowledge of the RMS till system would be an advantage
• A current knowledge of outdoor equipment and clothing would be an advantage
