Our doors are closed but we’re still open…

In line with the new restrictions announced by the Government, we will be temporarily be closing our doors once again. As always, the safety of our customers and staff is of the utmost importance and we appreciate your support and patience at this time.

Web Store

You can order through our web store as usual. We are processing online orders as normal with delivery to all addresses across Ireland and all our products are shipped from Ireland. Please note shipping times can be affected by the restrictions so please allow extra time for your order to arrive during these periods.


Click and Collect

In line with government regulations, we can no longer offer Click and Collect as a service. If you have already placed an order for click and collect, please contact the relevant store to make alternative arrangements:

Returns/ Exchanges

  • We have extended our returns policy to reflect the current circumstances due to covid-19 and will be happy to honour returns/exchanges again in store when it is safe to do so. We will we offer these extended returns and exchanges for 2 weeks after we reopen.

To process returns/exchanges the customer must have valid proof of purchase so please ensure to keep it safe.

Gift Cards

Our web store cannot currently process gift cards. However, they never expire, and we will be happy to honour them in-store when it is safe to open to the public again. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience with us during these challenging times.

We cannot currently process One4All gift cards through our website.
