Sustainable Irish Clothing. Grown for Nature & People.
Our story begins with t-shirts, designed by us and created to stand the test of time. Whoever you are, you can wear Grown and know you’re doing something good for nature. There’s no better feeling than that. With a hunger to create something even bigger, we began planting trees.
Our Forest was created to protect Irelands damaged ecosystems and nurture biodiversity. In time, we see it as a space for our community to gather. Now, we plant a tree for every Grown garment purchased. Our Forest in Co.Wicklow is about legacy. It’s a physical representation of our love for the planet and our desire to give back, and it will keep thriving long after us all. In the future, when our children ask what we did when the world was in trouble, we will all be able to point to the forest and say, “we grew that.”
Our story isn’t finished. It keeps growing with us. And when you become a part of Grown, you’re growing alongside us, too.
When developing products for our collection we carefully consider the outdoor scenarios you may encounter to ensure they include useful and innovative features, including sun-protective fabrics and features such as roll up collars on our shirts.
Grown Forest is our commitment to reforesting and protecting Ireland’s natural landscapes. We plant a tree for every garment, so your purchase lasts a lifetime. You can also gift a tree to someone special. How’s that for a present that lasts a lifetime?
We plant many species of native Irish trees, meadows and pollinating Irish flowers. Our goal is to protect damaged ecosystems, replenish hedgerows and deepen roadside borders which develop, protect and shelter biodiversity. We are proud to say that our trees are legally protected for 999 years.
The Forest is a physical representation of our love for the planet and our desire to give back, and it will keep growing long after us all. It’s a gift for future generations to enjoy, and a legacy that you have helped us to create.
