Description

Open hillsides and cooler walking conditions call for trousers that reduce wind chill without restricting the movement needed on steeper ground. The North Face Men's Speedlight Trousers use stretch WindWall™ softshell fabric in a tapered shape for hiking, scrambling and exposed trail days.

The 150 g/m² woven fabric blends nylon with 15% elastane, providing flexibility through long steps and changes in gradient. WindWall™ construction blocks chilling wind while retaining useful breathability, and a non-PFC durable water-repellent finish helps resist light rain and damp vegetation. Sustained rain still requires waterproof overtrousers.

A snap-button and fly-zip closure secure the waist, with self-fabric belt loops available for additional adjustment. The inner lower-hem system refines the fit around walking footwear, while the tapered leg keeps excess material away from boots.

Reverse-coil zipped hand pockets protect everyday essentials, and a zipped cargo pocket on the right leg adds accessible storage. Protective, mobile and neatly cut, the Speedlight Trousers are made for active walking in conditions where wind resistance matters.
