How Click & Collect Works
Click & Collect is designed to be straightforward from start to finish:
- Shop online at 53degreesnorth.ie and add your items to the basket.
- Select Click & Collect at checkout.
- Choose your preferred store from the available locations.
- Complete your order securely online.
- Wait for your Ready for Collection email confirmation.
- Collect your order in store using your order confirmation.
Once your order is placed, your items are reserved and prepared by our in-store team, ensuring everything is ready when you arrive.

Please note: Click & Collect is not available at our Arnotts store.

When Can I Collect My Order?
Once your order is ready, you will receive an email confirming that your items are available for collection.
Orders are prepared as quickly as possible by the store team, often the same or next working day depending on stock availability and store workload.
Collection is available during normal store opening hours at your selected location.
What to Bring With You
To ensure a smooth collection, please bring the following with you:
- Your order confirmation email (digital or printed)
- A valid photo ID
This allows our team to release your order securely and efficiently.
Returns & Exchanges
Changed your mind or need a different size? We have you covered.
Click & Collect orders can be returned or exchanged at any 53 Degrees North store, except Arnotts, regardless of where you collected your order.
All returns follow our standard returns policy. Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided they are unused, in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
