Return Timeframe
Under our 30-day returns policy, you can return your online purchase within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt).
Your 14-Day Right to Cancel
If you bought online, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason. This legal right applies in addition to the 30-day returns policy, and during those 14 days you can handle and inspect the goods as you would in a store. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked or insured postal service and keeping proof of postage, as we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. If you are cancelling under your 14-day statutory right, we refund within 14 days of the day you tell us you are cancelling, as set out on our Returns & Exchanges page.
What Can Be Returned
Unused items in original, undamaged packaging
Sale items
Please note: food items cannot be returned unless faulty. Underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if the original sealed packaging has been opened after delivery. Climbing equipment that has been used cannot be returned for safety reasons; this does not affect your statutory right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receipt. Footwear should be clean and dry when returned.
Packing Your Return
We recommend reusing the original packaging to protect your item during transit.
