Delivery, collection and returns

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. You’ll get free delivery on orders over €100 to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, excluding overweight items. Delivery costs €6.50 when your order is below €100. See delivery information.

How long does delivery take?

If you order before 5pm, we usually dispatch the same day, although processing can take 2 to 3 working days. Once dispatched, delivery is expected the next working day unless otherwise advised.

Where can I use Click & Collect?

You can choose free Click & Collect at our Carrickmines, Blanchardstown or Cork City Centre shops. Select your shop at checkout and we’ll email you when your order is ready. Click & Collect isn’t available at Arnotts. See Click & Collect.

What is your returns policy?

You can return your online order within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. Bring it back free of charge to our Carrickmines, Blanchardstown or Cork City Centre shops, or return it by post at your own cost. See returning your online order.

Where are your stores?

You can visit us in Carrickmines and Blanchardstown in Dublin, Cork City Centre, or Arnotts on Henry Street in Dublin City Centre. See our stores for addresses and opening hours.

Do you deliver outside Ireland?

Yes. We deliver to Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden. You’ll see the delivery charge, based on the weight of your order, at checkout.
