Description

Built for trekking and campsite cooking where you want a stable platform for larger pots, the Vango Folding Gas Stove combines a wide 2,600 W flame with a low-profile design that helps spread heat evenly across cookware. It can boil 1 litre of water in around 5 minutes and uses a flexible fireproof gas pipe with screw-on butane/propane mix canisters.

At 220 g, the stove folds down to 9.5 × 10.5 × 6 cm for straightforward packing and transport. A storage box is included, while the close-to-ground design provides a stable base when cooking with larger pots outdoors.

About the brand

Vango

Vango is a Scottish outdoor brand, founded in 1966 in the west of Scotland by Alistair Moodie, its name an anagram of Govan, where it began. Still based near Glasgow at the gateway to the Scottish Highlands, it has spent decades designing tents and equipment tested against real Scottish weather.

Vango is best known for pioneering AirBeam inflatable tent technology, which replaces traditional poles with air beams so large family tents can be pitched in minutes, now used across its tents and drive away awnings too.
