Description

The Sierra 500 is a 5-man poled tent designed with a focus on ventilation. This tent has multiple mesh panels incorporated throughout with an additional mesh panel behind the bedrooms to maximise ventilation and keep your tent cool on warm breaks. Dynamic Weave 100™ Fabric keeps pack size and weight low, while ensuring Vango quality and durability. Midnight Bedrooms® ensure you sleep in longer and a pre-attached front canopy provides a great area for dining and relaxing, offering extra living space and a real outdoors feel. The Sierra is the ideal family tent for summer breaks.

About the brand

Vango

Vango is a Scottish outdoor brand, founded in 1966 in the west of Scotland by Alistair Moodie, its name an anagram of Govan, where it began. Still based near Glasgow at the gateway to the Scottish Highlands, it has spent decades designing tents and equipment tested against real Scottish weather.

Vango is best known for pioneering AirBeam inflatable tent technology, which replaces traditional poles with air beams so large family tents can be pitched in minutes, now used across its tents and drive away awnings too. The range covers everything from family and technical trekking tents to sleeping bags, rucksacks, mats and camping furniture, including kit recommended by the Duke of Edinburgh's Award.
