Cool mountain days demand a layer that can breathe during climbs and resist abrasion when the route becomes rough. The Patagonia Men's R1 TechFace Hooded Jacket uses recycled polyester stretch double weave for durable mobility and light weather protection.

The smooth outer face handles contact with rock and pack straps, while the soft interior supports warmth and moisture management. A water-repellent finish made without intentionally added PFAS sheds light moisture, making the hooded jacket useful for exposed hiking, climbing and stop-start activity.
