Description

Cool, exposed walks become more manageable in a softshell that reduces wind chill without sacrificing the stretch needed for steeper movement. The North Face Men's Nimble Windproof Jacket uses breathable WindWall™ fabric for hiking, scrambling and versatile everyday wear.

The polyester-and-elastane weave stretches through reaches, high steps and changes in gradient. WindWall™ construction blocks much of the chilling effect of moving air while maintaining useful breathability, making the jacket better suited to active conditions than a heavy insulated layer.

A full front zip provides immediate ventilation, and elastic binding holds the cuffs neatly around the wrists. Zipped hand pockets secure everyday essentials, while a separate zipped chest pocket keeps a phone, key or card easy to reach.

The standard fit is officially described as true to size and leaves room for a light base layer underneath. Streamlined enough for town and mobile enough for technical ground, the Nimble moves naturally between mountain routes and everyday use.
