Description

Compact enough for everyday use yet substantial enough for a short trip, The North Face Base Camp Duffel- X-Small - 31 Litre provides dependable storage in the same hard-wearing design used across the wider Base Camp range. The 31-litre capacity suits gym gear, climbing equipment, overnight travel and weekends when a large suitcase would be unnecessary.

The broad D-shaped zip opens the main compartment from end to end, making the full load easier to see and organise. A secure zipped mesh pocket and end-cap mesh sleeve keep smaller essentials separate, so chargers, documents and accessories are not buried beneath clothing or equipment.

The 1000-denier recycled polyester body has a phthalate-free PVC coating, while the 840-denier recycled ballistic-nylon base strengthens the area that takes the most wear. Extra bartacks and double stitching reinforce the construction, and the non-PFC water-repellent finish helps the base resist light moisture. The duffel is water resistant rather than fully waterproof.

Removable alpine-cut shoulder straps provide a backpack-style carry when both hands need to stay free, and two padded side handles make lifting or hauling more comfortable. Four compression straps secure a smaller load, a water-resistant ID window helps with recognition in transit, and the included mesh bag keeps the duffel tidier between trips.
