Description

Technical scrambling demands a midlayer that stretches through wide reaches and steep steps while regulating heat beneath a shell. The North Face Women's Meteora 1/4 Zip Fleece uses Polartec® Power Stretch™ for mobile warmth on cold mountain days.

The dual-surface fabric combines a smooth, low-friction outer with a lofted inner that traps warm air and moves moisture away from the body. Four-way stretch and strong recovery help the fleece retain its shape through repeated climbing movement.

The quarter zip releases heat quickly when effort rises and closes for additional neck coverage at slower moments. Secure zipped chest pockets keep small essentials accessible above a harness or backpack hip belt.

Elastic binding holds the cuffs and hem neatly in place. Close enough for efficient layering yet highly mobile, the Meteora is a technical fleece for hiking and mountaineering rather than a bulky casual pullover.
