Long side zips allow you to easily and quickly put these on and take them off over shoes or boots as conditions demand. When you don’t need to wear them, they take up next to no space in your pack and won’t weigh you down.

About the brand

Berghaus

Berghaus is a British outdoor brand, founded in Newcastle upon Tyne in 1966 by climbers Peter Lockey and Gordon Davison. Frustrated by the gear available at the time, they began designing their own, and named the brand Berghaus, German for mountain house. Decades of innovation followed, tested on the rain-soaked fells of northern England.

Berghaus was the first brand in Europe to use GORE-TEX and the maker of the pioneering Cyclops internal-frame rucksack. Today it produces waterproof jackets, fleeces, insulated layers, baselayers and packs for men, women and children. Much of the performance comes from its own technology, including AQ2 waterproofing and the Extrem range built for the most demanding conditions.
