Description

A warm training layer feels most useful when it can release heat quickly and remain streamlined beneath an outer jacket. The North Face Women's Mountain Athletics 1/4 Zip Fleece combines brushed-back warmth with a cropped, athletic shape for running warm-ups, gym sessions and cooler active days.

The quarter zip opens for immediate ventilation as effort increases, then closes into a funnel neck for additional coverage when the pace slows or the air turns colder. The polyester knit follows movement without adding the loose bulk of a casual sweatshirt.

Elasticated cuffs and waistband hold the cropped silhouette neatly in place, helping the fleece stay settled during repeated arm movement. Its streamlined construction also layers comfortably beneath a waterproof jacket when wind or rain requires more protection.

A Mountain Athletics logo on the sleeve completes the training-led finish. Soft, warm and easy to regulate, this fleece is designed for the periods before, during and after activity when a full heavy layer would feel excessive.
