Description

A hot plant-based meal is easy to add to a walking or camping day when preparation only needs water. The Real Turmat Asian Curry 500g combines rice, coconut milk, pea protein, edamame, aubergine, spinach and tomato in a lightly spiced curry.

The pouch provides 537 kcal and 16.8 g of protein per serving, while the dry contents weigh 115 g before preparation. Add 3.7 dl of hot water, stir, close the pouch and leave it for eight minutes before eating.

The recipe is vegan, gluten free, lactose free and milk free. Soy is the declared allergen, so the ingredient list should be checked before use where allergies are a concern.
