Description

For two-person trekking trips where pack weight and liveable space both matter, the Big Agnes Copper Spur UL2 2-Person Trekking Tent is a three-season, freestanding ultralight shelter with a 1.18 kg trail weight. Its proprietary HyperBead® fly and floor fabric has a 1500 mm waterproof rating and is specified by Big Agnes as 6% lighter, 25% more waterproof and 50% stronger than traditional fabrics without added water-repellent chemicals.

Dual side-entry doors give each sleeper their own access and vestibule, with awning-style door setup available using trekking poles sold separately or the included extra guylines. Low and high venting help manage airflow, while a large 3D bin pocket plus ceiling and side pockets keep smaller items organised off the floor.

DAC Featherlite poles, TipLok™ buckles and an injection-moulded cross-pole socket support a straightforward freestanding pitch. The tent packs to 50 x 11 cm, and the EZ Pack stuff sack opens lengthways for easier packing; a compatible footprint enables Fast Fly setup.
