Description

A full day outdoors calls for trousers that move freely on steep ground, stay comfortable over distance and still feel practical when the walk ends. The North Face Men's Exploration Regular Tapered Trousers answer that brief with lightweight stretch fabric, a clean tapered shape and the secure storage needed for hiking, travel and active everyday wear.

The nylon and elastane fabric flexes through long steps, scrambles and changes in gradient, while FlashDry™ technology moves moisture away from the skin for drier comfort. A durable water-repellent finish adds useful resistance to light showers and damp vegetation without turning the trousers into a waterproof layer.

The cut sits regularly at the waist, stays relaxed through the thigh and narrows towards the ankle. That combination leaves room to move while reducing excess fabric around walking shoes or boots. When conditions warm up, the external calf buttons support a secure roll-up system for additional ventilation.

Two open mesh-lined hand pockets keep everyday items close, and two zipped leg pockets secure valuables more confidently on the move. Diagonal grosgrain belt loops, a rear belt tunnel and a snap-button fly complete a practical waist construction that works comfortably beneath a backpack hip belt.
