Description

Exposed ridges and cooler hill days call for trousers that reduce wind chill while keeping enough stretch for steep steps and uneven ground. The North Face Women's Speedlight Trousers use WindWall™ softshell fabric in a mobile regular fit for hiking, scrambling and active use through breezier conditions.

The woven nylon-and-elastane fabric is engineered to block wind while maintaining useful breathability. A non-PFC durable water-repellent finish helps resist light rain and damp vegetation, although the trousers are designed as weather-resistant softshell rather than fully waterproof protection.

Shaped construction supports natural movement through the knees, while an internal adjustment at the lower hem refines the fit around hiking footwear. A snap-button and fly-zip closure secure the waist, with self-fabric belt loops available when additional adjustment is preferred.

Reverse-coil zipped hand pockets protect everyday essentials, and a zipped cargo pocket on the right leg adds accessible storage without leaving items loose. Stretchy, protective and neatly cut, the Speedlight Trousers are designed for exposed walks where freedom of movement remains essential.
