Description

The Garmin CIRQA Smart Band tracks your health and training around the clock without a screen, so there's nothing on your wrist to distract you. Its fabric band is made for all-day wear, and the battery runs for up to 10 days between charges.

You can start more than 80 activities from the button on the band or from the Garmin Connect app, and automatic activity detection picks up walks and runs you forget to record. Connected GPS uses your phone's GPS on outdoor activities, so your location is tracked when your phone is with you.

Sleep tracking gives you a sleep score with a full breakdown of your sleep stages, and sleep coach tells you how much sleep you need. Training readiness gives you a morning score based on your sleep and recovery, and training status shows whether your training is productive or straining you.

Women's health tracking uses skin temperature for cycle predictions and past ovulation estimates. Garmin Connect+ is an optional paid plan that adds extras such as live activities, training plans, nutrition tracking and guided meditation.
