Nikwax BaseWash Deodorising Cleaner for Baselayers is formulated for synthetic next-to-skin and activewear fabrics, cleaning away sweat and odour while helping restore wicking and faster drying.

It can be used in a washing machine or by hand and is designed without the fabric-softening effect that can interfere with technical performance. BaseWash is intended for synthetic baselayers and activewear rather than waterproof clothing, making it a focused care product for the layers worn closest to the skin.
