• Wash with Special Care: Use ONLY a front-loading machine. Wash in warm water with liquid detergent specific to down (without bleach) on a gentle cycle and low spin. Repeat the rinse cycle if needed. Use an extra spin cycle to remove excess water. Scoop the product from the bottom of the washer.
• Close All Fastenings: Turn your product inside out and close all Velcro® fastenings and zips before cleaning to prevent damage.
• Have It Professionally Cleaned: If you can't fit the down product in your washer or dryer, have it professionally cleaned by a service that specializes in down.
• Tumble Dry on a Low Setting: Dry your down product on a low setting for an extended period. Wash and dry items individually. Add tennis or tumble dryer balls to avoid clumping of the down.
• Do Not Hang Dry: If no tumble dryer is available, dry your down product over a radiator, moving it occasionally to maintain loft.
• Check Before Washing: Read the tag inside the item carefully before washing.
