Breeze-blocking WindWall™ fabric stops winds from sneaking in uninvited, while a zipped sleeve pocket gives you somewhere safe to store your phone while you’re on the move. And if you're using a fully loaded backpack, there's a wrap-around back panel for comfort under a hip belt. Wear this jacket under a waterproof shell for versatile protection from the elements. When the weather warms up, unzip it to keep things cool and comfortable.
