Description

Two-sided access and a stable dome structure define the Vango F10 Nexus UL 2 Trekking Tent, a two-person shelter for lightweight trekking. Its Protex® 15.SRN flysheet uses 15D silicone-reinforced ripstop nylon with a 3,000 mm HH rating, while the 6,000 mm HH groundsheet uses durable ripstop nylon.

PowerLite Plus 7001-T6 alloy poles create triangulated walls that reinforce the structure, with TBS® Pro adding internal bracing. Double doors and double porches give each sleeper direct access and separate sheltered storage, while mesh ventilation helps manage airflow.

The Nexus UL 2 has a 1.7 kg trail weight, 1.9 kg total weight and 33 × 13 cm packed size. It pitches in around seven minutes and can be left clipped together for all-in-one setup or pitched flysheet first when needed.

About the brand

Vango

Vango is a Scottish outdoor brand, founded in 1966 in the west of Scotland by Alistair Moodie, its name an anagram of Govan, where it began. Still based near Glasgow at the gateway to the Scottish Highlands, it has spent decades designing tents and equipment tested against real Scottish weather.
