Description

Waterproof protection and aggressive grip come together in the Hoka Women's Speedgoat 7 GORE-TEX Trail Running Shoes, built for technical trail days when the ground is wet and unpredictable. GORE-TEX Invisible Fit keeps water out while maintaining a close, flexible feel, and the recycled-content CORDURA® upper adds durable resistance to abrasion without unnecessary bulk.

Super-critical EVA cushioning provides a responsive, protective ride through longer trail mileage, while Vibram® Megagrip with Traction Lug helps maintain control across wet rock, mud and mixed surfaces. Five-millimetre lugs add dependable bite, with gaiter integration, a recycled heel pull and 360° reflective details adding useful trail-focused functionality. Toggle lacing gives quick adjustment and standard laces are also included.

About the brand

Hoka

Hoka, originally Hoka One One, is a running brand founded in 2009 in Annecy, France, by Nicolas Mermoud and Jean-Luc Diard, two trail runners who had previously worked at Salomon. They wanted a shoe that let them run downhill faster and with less fatigue, so they went against the minimalist trend of the time and built in far more cushioning. The name comes from a Maori phrase meaning to fly over the earth.

That maximalist idea, an oversized midsole with soft, deep cushioning, is still what Hoka is known for. Paired with a rocker-shaped sole that smooths each stride, it helps reduce impact over long distances. The range now covers road and trail running, walking and recovery footwear for every kind of runner.
