Description

For camps and multi-day trips where you want a larger gravity setup without carrying a bulky filter, the Platypus QuickDraw™ 3L Gravity Filter System combines a 3 L dirty-water reservoir with a fast hollow-fibre filter and broad bottle and reservoir compatibility. In gravity mode it filters at up to 1.75 L per minute, or up to 3 L per minute when used as a squeeze system.

The complete system weighs 233 g and packs to 9.9 × 24.1 × 8.1 cm. Its 0.2-micron hollow-fibre filter is effective against bacteria, protozoa and particulates, but not viruses, chemicals or toxins. Shake-to-clean, backflushing and an on-trail Integrity Check help maintain performance over the filter's rated 1,000 L cartridge life.
