Description

For prolonged cold and wet conditions, the Sealskinz Stanfield Waterproof Extreme Cold Weather Mid Length Socks use a three-layer construction to combine waterproof protection with heavyweight warmth. Aquasealz™ waterproof technology uses a hydrophilic membrane to block external water while allowing moisture to move away from the foot.

The outer layer blends nylon and elastane for stretch, while the inner layer combines merino wool, acrylic, polyester, nylon and elastane for warmth and comfort. The membrane carries a hydrostatic head rating above 20,000 mm.

These socks are handmade and hand tested, with care instructions specifying a 40°C wash followed by low tumble drying or drip drying.
