The breathable softshell fabric reduces wind chill while allowing heat and moisture to escape more effectively than a fully waterproof shell.

The adjustable hood can be removed when conditions settle, while underarm zips release additional heat on steeper climbs. Zipped hand and chest pockets secure essentials, and adjustable cuffs and a drawcord hem help close out draughts. The regular fit leaves room for a light fleece without restricting trail movement.
