Description

Active insulation needs to hold warmth at rest and release it as movement intensifies. The North Face Men's Summit Casaval Hoodie uses zoned Ventrix™ synthetic insulation, with perforations across the chest and back opening during movement to let excess heat and moisture escape.

A breathable recycled-nylon face supports demanding mountain movement, while water-repellent stretch panels through the hood and sleeves improve mobility and resist light showers. Raglan sleeves, underarm gussets and the absence of shoulder seams keep movement comfortable beneath a pack.

The helmet-compatible hood and raised hand pockets work around climbing equipment, while the chest pocket secures smaller essentials. A lightweight stuffsack is included for compact storage.
