Description

The Vango Nitestar Alpha 250 is a mummy-shaped synthetic sleeping bag built for three-season camping. Alpha insulation, a Polair Hex polyester shell and soft Polair lining combine warmth with practical packability, while the shaped hood, shoulder baffle and insulated zip baffle create a comfortable sleeping environment.

The bag weighs 1.65 kg and is rated to 2°C comfort, -4°C limit and -21°C extreme under EN 23537:2016 testing. Its 205 cm internal length suits users up to 190 cm tall, with a left-side two-way zip and an internal pocket for small essentials.

Vango

Vango is a Scottish outdoor brand, founded in 1966 in the west of Scotland by Alistair Moodie, its name an anagram of Govan, where it began. Still based near Glasgow at the gateway to the Scottish Highlands, it has spent decades designing tents and equipment tested against real Scottish weather.

Vango is best known for pioneering AirBeam inflatable tent technology, which replaces traditional poles with air beams so large family tents can be pitched in minutes, now used across its tents and drive away awnings too.
