Description

Lightweight enough for fast movement but built with the protection needed on rougher mountain ground, the Scarpa Men's Ribelle Cross 2 Mid GORE-TEX Boots bridge the gap between agile trail footwear and supportive hiking boots. A one-layer mesh and TPU upper keeps the construction streamlined, while the protective TPU rand reinforces exposed areas against abrasion and impact.

A GORE-TEX ePE membrane provides waterproof, breathable protection in wet conditions. The 3D Autofit collar follows the ankle as it moves, and the differentiated lacing system combines lower webbing with upper hooks for a secure, adjustable hold. Underfoot, the PRESA HIK-06 sole is designed for grip and stability across varied mountain terrain, with cushioning through the midsole helping reduce fatigue on longer days.

About the brand

Scarpa

Scarpa is an Italian footwear brand, founded in 1938 in Asolo, in the Dolomite foothills of northern Italy. The name is an acronym for Societa Calzaturiera Asolana Riunita Pedemontana Anonima, and the original idea was to bring together the area's best shoemakers under one roof. Since 1956 it has been owned and run by the Parisotto family, still based in the same part of Italy.

Scarpa is best known for mountaineering boots, rock climbing shoes and ski touring boots, alongside hiking and trail running footwear. It was among the first to design footwear specifically for climbing and mountaineering, and the range still balances traditional Italian craftsmanship with technical innovation and a reputation for durability and fit.
