Yes. MSR flysheets are rated to 1,500mm hydrostatic head with fully taped seams, and the floors to 3,000mm. The Hubba and Tindheim ranges handle sustained Irish rain reliably. Pitching with good fly tension and keeping the inner away from the outer makes the biggest practical difference in wet, windy conditions.

The Hubba range uses a single-pole freestanding design that most people can pitch solo in under five minutes once they know the tent. The Tindheim is a tunnel tent and requires two poles plus guylines for stability, so it takes a little longer but rewards you with a more spacious interior. Both pitch inner-first, which keeps the sleeping area dry if you need to set up in rain.
