This is the full Columbia kids range in one place: waterproof jackets, insulated and ski wear, fleeces, trousers, shorts and tees for boys and girls, made to handle wet mornings, cold snaps and hard wear on the way to school and out on the hill.

Columbia's kids gear uses the same technology as the adult range. Omni-Tech keeps waterproof jackets genuinely dry in the rain, Omni-Heat reflective lining adds warmth without bulk in winter coats and ski jackets, and Omni-Shade offers sun protection for summer. The result is proper outdoor kit scaled down for children, not fashion pieces that give up in bad weather.

Sizing and growing room

Kids' sizing runs by age and height, and children grow fast, so it is worth checking the size guide on each product rather than assuming last year's size. Waterproof shells and ski jackets leave a little room for layers underneath, and adjustable cuffs and hems on many styles give some growing room across a season.
